Heyyy Reader, Here's something I've observed these past 4 years since I've been in the online space. Everything is treated VERY black and white. There's no in between, it seems. And I've noticed people took that into their offer delivery as well. β I've been in my fair share of backends working with clients, and I've noticed that many people go too far left or too far right. No middle ground whatsoever. I do a little internal sigh when I see either of these happening (no judgment, I just want better for my fellow service providers!) β β Most people build rigid delivery systems after getting burned (we've all been there tbh). But, instead of taking the time to create a process that benefits both parties, service providers choose the 'protect my peace avenue'. Now there's nothing wrong with protecting your peace, but if it starts to feel like a palm to forehead for your client, it's time to check yourself and how you're delivering your offers. β Do your clients feel considered? Or does it feel like they gotta adhere to all your rules because this is your show? β On the other side of that, though.... β Ever worked with someone and felt like you were leading them in their business? You had to be the main one initiating communication and moving the project along. If yes, then you're a victim of too far right offer delivery. β Being too easygoing isn't the flex it's marketed as, and that is my humble yet very knowledgeable opinion thanks. Here's what happens when you swing too far right with your delivery: π¬ Clients have to run the show for you π¬ You end up being very play-by-ear π¬ That's a straight line into being a 24/7 hotline Without clear expectations and delivery containers, your business becomes a free-for-all all; and we don't want that, do we? Flexibility isn't the absence of structure, it's the intentional use of it. β Here's what EYE know for sure: you've been a victim of both these delivery paths, or you've been the orchestrator of them at some point. But again, there's no judgement here, just solutions. What's that solution you ask? EVOLVED. β Your offer delivery should be designed to complement your capacity and goals, not what the industry says. Stop copying what someone with a team of 5 (allegedly) is doing. The only right way to deliver your offer(s) exceptionally is the one that works for you and still gets your clients results. β βEVOLVED is where we'll redesign how you deliver your offer β so your income is protected, your time is respected, and your client results donβt rely on you over-functioning to make it happen.
